Internet Service

The Service Provider, duly qualified and approved by [relevant regulatory body], is authorized to provide high-speed internet access service to the Client's properties listed in Annexure I, under the terms and conditions agreed upon in this Agreement.

• Internet Connectivity: The Service Provider will establish a dedicated internet connection for each property, ensuring reliable and high-bandwidth data transfer.
• Connection Speed: The Client can choose from a variety of internet connection speeds to suit their needs, with options ranging from [list of available speeds] Mbps.
• Installation: The Service Provider will perform professional installation of all necessary equipment, including routers, modems, and cabling, at no additional cost to the Client.
• Equipment Ownership and Maintenance: The Service Provider will own and maintain all equipment related to the internet connection. The Service Provider is responsible for repairs or replacements as needed to ensure continued service.
• Network Security: The Service Provider will implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard the Client's network and data. This includes firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure protocols.
• Technical Support: The Service Provider will provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, or online chat to assist with any internet connectivity issues.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA): An optional SLA can be included, outlining guaranteed uptime percentages and response times for technical support in case of outages.
• Scalability: The internet connection can be upgraded or downgraded based on the Client's changing needs.
