Wholesale Mobile & Laptop Sells Agreement.

Sale and Purchase of Products

  • The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase mobile phones and laptops from the Seller's inventory according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and on the Seller's price list, which may be updated periodically and provided to the Buyer upon request.
  • The Buyer shall submit purchase orders to the Seller via [insert method: email, online portal, etc.] specifying the type, quantity, and desired delivery date of the products.
  • The Seller shall confirm the availability and pricing of the ordered products within [number] business days.
  • Upon confirmation, the Buyer shall make payment for the ordered products in accordance with Section 3 below.
